On this job, the opener had stopped working properly and looked like it might be headed for replacement.
Instead of immediately swapping it out, we opened the unit up, worked through the issue, and were able to bring the motor back to life.
From there, we reset the open and close limits along with the force settings so the opener knew exactly where the door should stop in both directions.
Once everything was adjusted correctly, the system was back to operating normally.
