This customer had a failed Wayne Dalton TorqueMaster spring system, so instead of putting the same style system back in, we converted the door over to a traditional torsion spring setup.
Traditional torsion systems are generally easier to service, more straightforward to inspect, and use components that are widely available. They also give us a much more practical setup for future maintenance and repairs.
For this job, we removed the failed TorqueMaster system and installed a new torsion spring system properly matched to the door.
